Product Features--Wire-Stitched Filter Bags
The processing method of Wire-stitched filter bag is using five threads sewing, sewing stitch distance of not less than 35±5 stitches per 10cm, sewing thread using high strength polyester / polypropylene this white thread; filter bag mouth ring steel ring / galvanized ring diameter of 3mm. all materials can be sewn into filter bags, the production process is mature and reliable.

Hot melt filter bags are mainly used in the field of high precision, after continuous research and improvement, hot melt filter bags have been developed from the first generation to the fourth generation. Previously, the hot melt filter bag, using the right angle welding technology, easy to dirt, the pressure point by the pressure, easy to lead to broken bags.
After the design and development of the arc bottom ultrasonic hot melt welding technology, a molding, so as to eliminate the phenomenon of broken bags, improve product quality and extend the use of the product cycle, reduce the loss of products.
Both in terms of quality and filtration efficiency, the fourth generation of hot melt filter bags are far superior to the previous hot melt filter bags. Fully automatic production line production, from feeding to finished product to testing are all done automatically by machine.
Product Features--Oil-Absorbing Filter Bags
The oil-absorbing filter bag is made of three-layer meltblown polypropylene microfiber filter cloth with inner and outer support layers. The oil-absorbing layer has excellent hydrophobicity and lipophilicity, fast oil absorption speed and large oil absorption capacity (15-20 times of self-weight and less than 0.1 times of water absorption). Resistant to acid and alkali, organic solvent, good folding and tensile strength.
Removal of trace amount of non-emulsified hydrocarbons from the liquid. This filter bag not only removes oil, but also removes particles of different grades as required. Use range: electric wing paint coating line, wastewater discharge pretreatment, circuit board production recycling water, automotive production coating line, metal casting, ultra-filtration pre-protection filtration, spray water filter to remove oil filtration.

Anti-Flaking filter bag adopts inner and outer layer compound structure to solve the pollution and flaking phenomenon caused by the inner filter layer to the filtered filtrate.
Use range: food and beverage, vitamin chain lifters, filtering aid and filtration in beer, recovery of expensive active raw materials, advanced UV coatings, high viscosity coatings, resins for circuit boards, advanced lubricants, automotive coatings and coating lines, filtrate with gel, extraction of active carbon from filtrate.

Absolute Precision filter bag is based on the relative interception efficiency of the filter cloth superimposed to reach absolute precision, generally divided into multi-layer structure and meltblown structure, multi-layer structure to choose increasing precision way can make up to 15 layers, meltblown structure using the inside and outside of the filter cloth protection, the middle layer of 15mm meltblown layer effectively combined to make bags.
