The processing method of Wire-stitched filter bag is using five threads sewing, sewing stitch distance of not less than 35±5 stitches per 10cm, sewing thread using high strength polyester / polypropylene this white thread; filter bag mouth ring steel ring / galvanized ring diameter of 3mm. all materials can be sewn into filter bags, the production process is mature and reliable.

The oil-absorbing filter bag is made of three-layer meltblown polypropylene microfiber filter cloth with inner and outer support layers. The oil-absorbing layer has excellent hydrophobicity and lipophilicity, fast oil absorption speed and large oil absorption capacity (15-20 times of self-weight and less than 0.1 times of water absorption). Resistant to acid and alkali, organic solvent, good folding and tensile strength.
Removal of trace amount of non-emulsified hydrocarbons from the liquid. This filter bag not only removes oil, but also removes particles of different grades as required. Use range: electric wing paint coating line, wastewater discharge pretreatment, circuit board production recycling water, automotive production coating line, metal casting, ultra-filtration pre-protection filtration, spray water filter to remove oil filtration.
